As product line manager, LeAnne Flack is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle. In this capacity, she is instrumental in identifying the product vision and the business’s best opportunities for growth across relevant markets. By segmenting markets, conducting market research, and evaluating the competitive landscape to identify gaps and strengths, she determines the best entry point for Milliken products and helps to formulate the supporting business strategy.

During her more than 29 years with Milliken, LeAnne has worked in a variety of businesses, including elastics, engineered performance fabrics, automotive, and interior fabrics, giving her broad textile and nonwoven expertise and insight. In addition to product management, she has also applied her extensive industry knowledge to process improvement, quality control and building new product and market opportunities for Milliken.

Fluent in French and English, she is a Six Sigma Black Belt and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business economics and French from Wofford College.

Joshua Frankeberger

Josh Frankeberger is the 2nd generation owner of Automation Dynamics; he has been involved with the company for just over 20 years now. Growing up in a family-owned business Josh has held many positions that have led to his success. He has done everything from sweeping the shop floor, work on the line, purchasing/ administration as well as installation of the equipment all the way up to managing million-dollar projects for the company. His role now as CEO is Sales, focusing on the company’s future direction as well as his customers’ continued success.

During his tenure at Automation Dynamics Josh also co-founded a renewable energy company that has to date, helped hundreds of customers reduce their carbon footprint as well as their dependability on the grid.

Josh is married with 4 sons, so when in KC he is busy with Baseball, Basketball, Track meets and working on their hobby farm! He hopes that with 4 sons one of them will follow in his footsteps and continue the company into its 3rd generation.

Scott Shanklin

Scott Shanklin has over 30 years of experience in the laundry chemical and water treatment industry. He began his career in 1995 with New Blends and spent 12 years at Dober Chemical, focusing on washfloor and wastewater solutions.

Following Dober’s acquisition by Ecolab in 2010, Scott held several leadership roles over a 13-year span, including:

• Chain Support Manager
• District Manager
• Corporate & Senior Corporate Accounts Manager
• VP, North American Sales & Service

Scott joined WSI in 2023 as Director of Business Development – WSI Water, and now serves as National Accounts Manager, supporting key customers and driving strategic growth.

Scott Francis

Scott graduated from Augustana College and the University of Iowa with a M.S. in Inorganic Chemistry.  Scott has been involved with the Safety Industry since 1991 and has extensive experience with protective apparel fabrics, PPE and knowledge of thermal hazard related NFPA standards and OSHA regulations. Scott frequently addresses trade associations and companies regarding electric arc, flash fire, combustible dust hazards, body burn injury, the protective performance of flame-resistant clothing, PPE best practices and related topics. On a personal note, Scott loves football and sometimes loves golf. He lives with his wife and two sons in the Chicago area. 

Chris Melchionni

Chris has been with Tingue since 2010, bringing nearly 16 years of experience in the laundry industry. He spent 9 years as a field representative across the Mid-Atlantic before becoming Regional Sales Manager in 2018, leading teams throughout the East Coast, Midwest, and Mid-Atlantic. In September 2025, he stepped into the role of National Accounts Manager, focusing on Tingue’s largest national and regional customers.

A South Jersey native and former college basketball player, Chris earned his business degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 1998. He spent a decade in commercial printing before transitioning to laundry. Chris now lives near Harrisburg, PA with his wife Megan and their three children: Charles, Alexandra, and Natalie.

Jeff is a 37-year veteran of the textile industry, primarily focused on the rental laundry and healthcare markets.  He has vast experience in manufacturing, product development, sourcing and importing goods from the Global marketplace. His background also includes negotiating and purchasing all aspects or Rental Laundry spend, chemicals, trucks, fuel, plant services. Focus on bottom line improvement for rental laundry industry. Jeff also has experience with engineering improvements of all aspects of Industrial laundry.
